ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Four people treated for injuries after Rochester Police say a person assaulted them with a golf club and knife Friday.

Rochester Police responded a house on Maria Street near Clifford Avenue around 11:16 p.m. for the report of people fighting followed by a stabbing victim who was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital.

Police say they discovered three additional victims along with an uncooperative crowd when they arrived.

According to police the incident started with an argument between several individuals that took place at a birthday party. One person involved left the party and returned with a golf club and a knife and began assaulting other people at the party.

The three victims were treated for non-life-threatening upper body. This investigation is ongoing, and police say no suspects have been charged at this time.
