Avelo Airlines adding new non-stop routes from Rochester

This fall, Avelo Airlines will start offering new nonstop service between Rochester and Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Central Florida , it announced July 24.

Beginning Oct. 25, the discount carrier will fly on Mondays and Fridays between F rederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport and Lakeland International Airport , between Tampa and Orlando.

Starting Nov. 8, it will fly on Mondays and Fridays between Rochester and Concord-Padgett Regional Airport , near Charlotte.

Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft will be used on the routes.

How much are flights from Rochester to North Carolina, Florida?

One-way fares from Rochester will start at $62.

Avelo currently offers nonstop service between Rochester and North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham International Airport and South Carolina’s Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
