Senior apartments near Marketplace Mall now leasing

The highly anticipated senior apartments near Marketplace Mall are now open for leasing.

Located at 1100 Miracle Mile Drive, the Marketplace Senior Apartments are near the Sportsman’s Warehouse and the University of Rochester’s Orthopaedics & Physical Performance Center.

Project Overview

The $43 million project, which will support seniors 55+, began in February 2023 with the help of developers Rochester’s Cornerstone Group and Genesis Housing Development Corporation.

Key Features

The energy-efficient building features 150 affordable units, an all-electric system, and a natural gas backup generator. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, laundry facility, storage, lounges, and an outdoor patio.

Who is eligible for the Marketplace Senior Apartments

Apartment units are limited to applicants with moderate to low incomes. Applicants with Section 8 travel vouchers or certificates may apply for residency.
