Longview Library to host free professional skills workshops
The Longview Public Library will host free resume and credit workshops in July as part of a partnership with Goodwill of Olympics and Rainier. The first workshop, Tuesday, July 16, from 1-2:30 p.m., will cover the basics on how to craft a professional resume. The second workshop, titled “Debunking Credit Myths,” will take place on Tuesday, July 23, from 1-2 p.m. It will teach basics on what credit scores are and how to improve them, and dispel common credit-related myths.
