It begins operating on a normal schedule on Tuesday, Oct. 15.</p><p>The shop is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays. There are varying hours for the deli portion and the bakery portion during the week.
