He said planning is in progress to move all offices from the Goldstein's building on the south side of the square and convert that area into additional museum space. A Jackson County man accused of shooting a family member, stealing a car, and driving to Tennessee back in April is now back in Alabama. The sheriff's office confirms they picked up Jonathan Powell from Lawrence County, Tennessee, where he was being held, Monday. He was then booked into the Jackson County Jail in Alabama.
