Hudson Valley Diner Ready to Open a New Business
The family behind a successful area diner has announced they are almost ready to launch a new business in the Hudson Valley. Over the years we shared numerous stories about how much the Hudson Valley loves a good diner and thankfully we are lucky enough to have some of the best diners in New York. A few that many of us love include, the Red Line and 84 Diners in Fishkill, the Alexis Diner in Newburgh, Dietz Stadium Diner in Kingston, and the new City Line Diner in Poughkeepsie, New York. Almost every town has a hometown diner that all of the locals love and it appears that favorites in Monticello's have announced they are expanding.
