City of Gillette Animal Shelter seeking foster homes for kittens
GILLETTE, Wyo. — The City of Gillette Animal Shelter is inundated with kittens, and it’s reaching out to the community to help them find forever homes. The shelter put out a call for help in a Facebook post on Monday, saying it is in desperate need of foster homes for multiple groups of young kittens. Several previous foster homes are currently not able to take pets, the shelter said, increasing the foster need for both dogs and cats.

Rock Springs, Wyoming – The Concerts in the Park series continues this week with the musical stylings of NightFire! NightFire is, as the kids say, Straight Outta Lander. Band member Chris Flom provides vocals as well as rhythm and lead guitar. Raine Lesher also sings and plays mandolin, flute, and guitar.
