Ohio University student cheats death after shark bite on 4th of July beach trip
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — An Ohio University student is recovering after being bitten by a shark on July 4 while vacationing in Florida. "It just felt like something was clamping down, stabbing both sides," said 21-year-old Connor Baker, as he talked about the shark attack that happened over the holiday weekend at New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Columbus police have released new details in the case of a Pickerington mother killed trying to stop the theft of her vehicle with her son inside.
