Businessman Sandy Pensler drops out of U.S. Senate race, endorses Mike Rogers
Businessman Sandy Pensler has withdrawn from the Republican Senate race in Michigan just ahead of the state's primary, throwing his support behind former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers for the party's nomination. Pensler made the announcement at Donald Trump's rally in Grand Rapids on Saturday after being called onto to stage by the former president. Trump endorsed Rogers earlier this year and many in the party have begun to coalesce around Rogers, who served in the U.S. House for 14 years and chaired the House Intelligence Committee."We need control of the Senate," Pensler said on stage. Michigan Native’s Unique National Anthem Overshadows Home Run Derby
The Home Run Derby is one of the most exciting events in all of sports, its comparable to the 3-point shootout, the dunk contest, hockey shootout, penalty kicks, and other all-star/ skill competitions that take place in sports. Both die-hard and casual baseball fans turn their heads and give their undivided attention to the MLB Home Run Derby and celebrate all of the moonshot mania that occurs. However, afterward, he was seen doing the OH-IO chant, and The Daily Show’s Jordan Klepper is having none of it.

Renee White was seated behind Donald Trump one week ago when shots rang out as a gunman tried to assassinate the former US president at a Pennsylvania rally. "God has a protective hedge around him," White told AFP, recalling the chaos in Butler, Pennsylvania when Trump was injured by a would-be assassin, and how the 78-year-old Republican rose to his feet and defiantly pumped his fist in the air.
