    Driver under the influence causes crash that kills two teenagers

    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - Two people died and two others were injured in a fatal crash Saturday evening in Spokane County, three miles north of Rockford.

    According to Washington State Patrol, vehicle 1 was driving northbound and vehicle 2 was driving southbound on SR-27. Vehicle 1, driven by 33-year-old Jesse Roullier, crossed into the southbound lane and hit vehicle 2 head-on.

    Vehicle 2 had a driver and two passengers, all of them teenagers. The driver of that second car, 18-year-old Rogan Murrell, and a passenger, 17-year-old Jayneat Morgan, died at the scene.

    The other passenger in Vehicle 2 was life flighted to the hospital.

    Roullier is charged with vehicular assault and vehicular homicide. WSP said the cause of the crash was DUI. Roullier was not transported to the hospital.
