NEWBURYPORT — The New Black Eagle Jazz Band returns to Maudslay Arts Center Saturday. CHELSEA, Mass. — Chelsea police are searching for an "endangered" missing teenage New Bedford girl who was last seen on Wednesday, police said. Police said Tessa Rivera, 16, ran away from her mother while at a doctor's appointment at MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center. Tessa has a history of suicidal statements, police said.
