NCW Libraries offers virtual Garden Doodling Workshop with Artist Rosemary Jones
WENATCHEE — NCW Libraries is offering a virtual workshop on garden doodling as part of its summer library program on August 14 from 3:00-4:30 pm. Artist Rosemary Jones will lead the online class, held over Zoom. Participants of all ages and skill levels can learn how to create thin block letters and fill the empty space with whimsical garden-themed illustrations. The only supplies needed are paper, a pencil, and a hard surface to draw on.

Median residential property values are up 12.4% this year in southeast Kent and east Auburn, according to the King County Assessor’s Office. The Assessor’s Office has begun the annual process of mailing property valuation notices to taxpayers.
