Del Rio man arrested for stalking and unlawful tracking device installation
DEL RIO, Texas — A Del Rio man has been arrested after police discovered multiple tracking devices on a woman's vehicle and evidence of stalking. On June 2, 2024, a Del Rio Police Department officer responded to a call in the parking lot of the 2200 block of Veterans Blvd. regarding a tracking device found on a vehicle. The caller reported ongoing issues with a known male subject, identified as 50-year-old Robert Ramos Jr., of Del Rio, Texas. She suspected Ramos had installed the device earlier this year.
