Washington — FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before House lawmakers Wednesday about the investigation into the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump, and he revealed new details about the gunman's actions in the lead-up to the July 13 shooting in Pennsylvania.Wray told members of the House Judiciary Committee that the gunman, 20-year-old Thomas Crooks, flew a drone near the site of the rally roughly two hours before he opened fire. CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A brewery on Cincinnati's Northside has filed a federal lawsuit against Pennsylvania's Liquor Control Board over restrictions regarding online beer sales. Urban Artifact has been distributing its fruit-flavored beer to customers online across several states since it opened nine years ago, but the company is facing some issues when it comes to selling in Pennsylvania. Urban Artifact first encountered the problem when it was interested in expanding its monthly and quarterly club membership cases to PA customers.

Penn Highlands State College says there was no explosion or power outage Tuesday night, despite widespread claims on social media. A Facebook post Tuesday night on the Central Pa. Fire Wire reported a large explosion on the second floor, smoke filling the building and a power outage.
