Hartford Showcases Tennessee’s Misguided Spirits
Winebow recently hosted a master class featuring the Misguided Spirits brand at Union Kitchen on June 17. Misguided Spirits’ James Zinkand, Co-founder, and Geena Zinkand, Partner, Marketing and Activations, were on-site to lead guests through an education and tasting of the line of artisanal spirits, ending with an industry happy hour with cocktails created by MeKayla Roy, Bar Manager, Union Kitchen, and the venue’s bar team. Launched in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2023 by Chad Wodskow and James Zinkand, Misguided Spirits is an employee-owned and -operated company specializing in craft spirits made by bartenders in honor of “misunderstood figures from the past.” The brand is distributed in Connecticut through Winebow.

Four men were arrested for an Organized Retail Theft following an investigation by Hingham and Weymouth Police on Friday in a Hingham shopping center parking lot. According to Hingham Police, on July 19th, Hingham Detectives were contacted by Weymouth Police Detectives who had observed suspicious activity by the four men inside an SUV at a shopping center in Weymouth and followed the SUV into the Derby Street Shops in Hingham. Detectives continued to observe the suspicious activity of the men as they walked in and out of the Apple Store.
