H-E-B has officially broken ground on a new store that will be built in Rockwall, Texas. The 131,000-square-foot store, which is slated to open in late 2025, will be located at the southwest corner of Interstate 30 and S. John King Blvd. in Rockwall County. It joins a growing list of new H-E-B stores as the grocery chain expands into the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
