Thunderstorm watch: 19,000 without power; flood advisory in place Wednesday morning
A flood advisory is in place through 10:45 a.m. Wednesday as locally heavy rainfall continues, according to National Weather Service Tulsa. More than 19,000 PSO customers are without power as of 8:30 a.m., with 1,600 outages just around the Tulsa Fairgrounds. About 3,000 in the Jenks area are without power, according to PSO's online outage map.
