According to a recent article from The Daily Herald , Windfall Group will be introducing Pacifica On Golf at 1470 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows.

A representative of Pacifica on Golf was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

According to the article, “Construction is set to begin in mid-September and be complete by January 2026.” Six different restaurant concepts are listed for leases or letters of intent.

Mango Mango is one of the concepts, and will be “a 1,138-square-foot dessert shop serving blended fruit drinks, teas, cakes, and desserts.” Lao Sze Chuan, which serves traditional Sichuan cuisine, and Te’Amo bubble tea, is stated to share a 5,000-square-foot space. Gyu San will be a 4,628-square-foot Japanese barbecue restaurant.

“Our story began in New York’s Chinatown. Inspired by the constant innovation of the city, we decided to fuse sweet soups in traditional Hong Kong style with modern desserts. Only the most sophisticated cooking methods and finest ingredients (including all the freshest mangoes) are used to create handcrafted desserts like our Mango Mochi, Green Tea Mille Crepe, Durian Dessert Bowl, and the famously known coconut mango-infused smoothie,” Mango Mango’s website states.

“Although Lao Sze Chuan has flourished since its humble beginnings, our mission to offer, elevate, and promote gourmet authentic Chinese cuisine and provide exceptional customer service has never wavered. Our Grade A chefs are skillfully trained in Sichuan cuisine to provide the most authentic flavors at all locations.”

“To this day, Lao Sze Chuan lives by the mantra “One Style For One Dish, A Hundred Dishes Have A Hundred Different Tastes,” a saying that keeps our most frequent customers coming back for more,” according to Lao Sze Chuan’s website .
