    Beyoncé, Zach Bryan Lead 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards Nominations

    Zach Bryan and Beyoncé lead a crowded, star-studded pack of nominees for the 2024 People’s Choice Country.

    Bryan picked up 19 nominations total, Beyoncé followed just behind with 17, and Kacey Musgraves picked up the third most with 15. All three artists will vie for the night’s top prize, The People’s Artist of 2024, alongside Jelly Roll, Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, and last year’s winner Morgan Wallen .

    Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter and Bryan’s self-titled album will also compete for The Album of 2024, as will Musgraves’ Deeper Well , Combs’ Father and Sons , Chris Stapleton’s Higher , Jason Aldean’s Highway Desperado , Cody Johnson’s Leather , and Shaboozey’s Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going .

    In the Song of 2024 category, Bryan was nominated twice, one for “Pink Skies” and another for his duet with Musgraves, “I Remember Everything.” The category also boasts Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em,” Dasha’s “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’),” Post Malone and Wallen’s “I Had Some Help,” Marshmello and Kane Brown’s “Miles On It,” Jessie Murph and Jelly Roll’s “Wild Ones,” and Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”

    Shaboozey, already one of this year’s biggest breakthrough artists, picked up an impressive 12 monitions for the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards. Along with The Album of 2024 and The Song of 2024, he’s nominated for The New Artist of 2024, The Male Song of 2024, and the Crossover Song of 2024.

    In the New Artist category, he’ll be up against Chase Matthew, Chayce Beckham, Dasha, Koe Wetzel, Nate Smith, Tucker Wetmore, and Warren Zeiders. And in New Artist Song, Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” was nominated alongside Dasha’s “Boots,” Zeiders’ “Betrayal,” Smith’s “Bulletproof,” Wetzel’s “Sweet Dreams,” Wetmore’s “Wind Up Missin’ You,” Tyler Braden’s “Devil You Know,” and Kameron Marlowe’s “Tennessee Don’t Mind.”

    Fan voting for the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards starts today, Aug. 14, and will run through Friday, Aug. 23. Votes cast on “Turbo Tuesday,” Aug. 20, will count twice. The show will air live Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, with Shania Twain serving as host.
