‘Interstellar’ Marks 10th Anniversary With Collector’s Edition Release: Here’s Where to Find It Online

The sci-fi epic Interstellar is back in the spotlight, with news that the film will return to theaters this fall to mark its 10th anniversary. Ahead of the film’s re-release, a special collector’s edition Blu-ray set has been unveiled on Amazon to celebrate the milestone.

Originally released in November 2014, the Christopher Nolan film ended up making more than $700 million at the box office, while cementing lead actor status for star Matthew McConaughey. Now, fans can pick up a limited-edition box set that features the film on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray with a second disc containing special features and bonus content.

Interstellar 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition Set

The new box set features a physical copy of Interstellar on Blu-ray and a download code for a digital version of the film that you can stream from home.

This deluxe collector’s edition also includes “The Future Is Now,” a brand new featurette that looks back on the film, with new interviews from Nolan, producer Emma Thomas, executive producer Kip Thorne, and co-writer Jonathan Nolan.

The box set also includes a number of collectibles, including reproductions of five costume patches, five theatrical poster reproductions, and a storyboard sequence from the director’s archives, released for the first time.

Set for release on December 10, you can pre-order the 10th anniversary edition of Interstellar now on Amazon . Though it’s not out for a few months, the surge of pre-orders have pushed the box set to the top of Amazon’s Blu-ray charts .

Interstellar (Steelbook)

Walmart, meantime, is selling a limited-edition steelbook reprint of Interstellar , which features the film in 4K UHD Blu-ray and standard Blu-ray, in addition to the digital download. While you won’t get as many bonus features as the box set, this one still comes in collectible packaging.
