Second man of three receives sentencing for deadly January shooting
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — One of three suspects in a deadly Jan. 2 shooting received over a six-decade sentence. Rapheal Brown, 23, was involved in a shooting that occurred in the Southeast side of Fort Wayne around 7 p.m. Following the acceptance of a plea agreement, he was sentenced to 65 years executed.
