What Happens To Your Body If You Drink Sun Water: Living Water Recipe

    2024-08-03

Sun-charged water is ordinary water that has been exposed to solar radiation in order to recharge it for your body.

The idea originated with Ayurveda, also known as Surya Jal Chikitsa in India, a traditional medical practice with longstanding roots. Regular tap water is considered "de@d water" in Ayurveda because it isn't flowing down rivers and getting sunshine as nature intended. When it is exposed to sunshine, it can then be transformed back into "living water."

Rather, it spends a lot of time in tanks, sometimes with chemicals, passes through metal lines that contaminate the water supply, and receives little sunshine. They all significantly alter the quality of the water.

This process is reversed by sun-charged water, which becomes structured water, or living water, by regaining its vitality and equilibrium through the use of the light spectrum created by the sun.

Drinking water's energy, composition, and solubility are all scientifically altered by the sun's rays. In addition to the physical and chemical characteristics that affect our biological activity.

    How Solar Water Is Created

Put drinking water in the sun for at least three hours and up to four days to create sun-charged water. This traditional medicinal method has some incredible health advantages!

    DO:

    • Begin with fresh, premium, filtered water if you can.
    • Use bright, direct sunshine outside.
    • Use food-grade glass bottles or containers.

    DONT:

    • Don't use plastic at all. EVER.
    • Don't put on a windowsill.
    • Don't cover the opening with cellophane.
    • Don't store your water in things that can pollute it.
    • Don't leave your water in the sun for too long.

They make a bottle called a Flaska drink bottle that is designed to structure the water; although a bit expensive, it works amazingly well.

Advantages of Water Charged by the Sun

Beyond the typical advantages of structured water, sun-charged water enhances water quality in numerous ways. The sun has antimicrobial qualities. Also, by releasing widely present gaseous compounds found in tap water like chlorine, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, the sun is a purifier. "Dead water" can contribute to skin problems, a slowing down of hydration, and an acceleration of the aging process.

The sun's rays change regular water into hexagonal water, which benefits from the cooperation of the water molecules in this liquid-crystalline state. The enormous energy in hexagonal water readily supercharges our cells to carry out their fundamental biological functions and strengthens our immune system.

Exposure to the sun affects the pH balance of water. Carbon dioxide and water molecules frequently form connections that result in carbonic acid (H2CO3). Because of the indigestible molecular structure of carbonic acid, water becomes more acidic. Fortunately, the sun's rays break this chemical bond, releasing carbon dioxide (CO2) as a gas and forcing simple water (H2O) to evaporate. After removal, this has the same effect as vortexing water in terms of improving the alkalinity and pH balance.

It just tastes better. Last but not least, letting gaseous compounds like chlorine escape in a totally natural way significantly alters the flavor of drinking water.

It's not just city tap water that benefits from being charged in the sun; water is not without it's crud either.

Drinking Water Charged by the Sun

Sun-charged water should be consumed right away, preferably within 20 minutes.

    Further Applications of Sun-Charged Water

Handling Skin Conditions: Take an outdoor bath, fill it with water, leave it in the sun for three days, and then soak for more than twenty minutes to address skin health issues. Remember not to heat the water any more than what the sun can offer. This unique water helps to naturally neutralize skin sensitivities and treats common skin issues like rashes, small burns, and eczema.

    Side Effects of Sun-Charged Water

Sun-charged water is just ordinary drinking water that has been exposed to sunshine; therefore, it has no unfavorable consequences. The water molecules have a lot of natural energy to assist the biological functions of your body.

It's important to remember not to leave your water too long out in the sun, as after day four it'll begin to grow algae and other undesireables.

Do Solarized and Sun-Charged Waters Have the Same Properties?

They're similar, but the difference is that solarized water uses color filters as well as the sun to make it. Often, people put crystals in their water jars while setting them in the sun.

    Recipe

    • Clean and sterilize a glass jar or bottle.
    • Add your water.
    • Put your crystals (which are safe to be in water) in the water jar. There are no guidelines about the quantity or kind of crystals that should be used. It's actually preferable to not limit yourself! Place the gem in there if it attracts your attention and makes you happy! If you're not into all that fancy stuff, regular quartz works well. Otherwise, just use plain water.
    • Put the jar outside in the sun.

Your water will absorb more solar energy the longer it is exposed to the sun's beams, but don't go so long that it starts to grow things. Three hours minimum, two to four days max.

Sun water can help you and your environment become negativity-free by clearing energetic blockages.

New age mysticism. But, as the bacteria and critters in it multiply, maybe it is protein enriched?

ADon't believe this garbage. The sun will cause algae to bloom in your water ruining it. Keep your water in a dark cool spot.
