Seven arrested in Tangipahoa Parish murder-for-hire investigation

UPDATE: ROSELAND, La. ( WGNO ) — The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a seventh person accused in a “murder-for-hire” shooting.
TPSO deputies report that Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies found an arrested Khyle Deitch on Tuesday, July 30.
Deitch is suspected of being involved in a Roseland area drive-by shooting that happened on the morning of July 1. No one was hurt in the shooting. He faces charges of attempted murder of a witness, obstruction of justice and intimidation of a witness.
ROSELAND, La. ( WGNO ) — A drive-by shooting in Tangipahoa Parish has resulted in the arrests of five men and a woman. A seventh suspect, who’s considered “armed and dangerous,” remains wanted.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that on the morning of July 1, deputies responded to shots fired near Church Street in Roseland.
An investigation revealed that a man was reportedly getting items out of his car when he was shot at by multiple people driving by his home.
The man was not hurt, according to deputies.
Further investigations revealed that the victim was a witness in an ongoing homicide investigation and that the shooting attempt was part of an alleged “murder-for-hire” scheme.

The following suspects were identified in the case:
19-year-old Broderick Coleman was booked on attempted first-degree murder of a witness, obstruction of justice and intimidation of a witness.
32-year-old Randall “Cole” Brewer was booked on the same charges in addition to resisting an officer by flight on foot.
45-year-old Jermaine Henderson was booked on the same charges in addition to two intimidation charges and one count each of solicitation of murder, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule I drugs and possession of schedule III drugs.
18-year-old Patricia Kirby, 21-year-old Mason Oteroof Roseland and 27-year-old Justin Summerford were all booked on one count of resisting an officer by flight on foot
Deputies continue to search for 26-year-old Khyle Deitch, who’s wanted on charges of attempted murder of a witness, obstruction of justice and intimidation of a witness.
