A New Starbucks is Coming to Roseville

The old Boston Market in Roseville is finally getting new life injected as Starbucks appears to be eyeing the site for a new location. Plans for Starbucks to occupy the space were filed this month with the City of Roseville. This news was first seen in Sacramento Business Journal .

Located at 5003 Foothills Blvd , the space has remained vacant since Boston Market’s eviction last May. Based on the application material, the upcoming Starbucks taking over the 3,126-square-foot restaurant building has no plans to modify the existing drive-through. However, there will be facade improvements on the building’s exterior finishes, storefront, and a proposed mural.

According to the Business Journal article, the transaction was facilitated by Mark Engemann with Colliers . What Now Sacramento reached out to the Starbucks corporation, but had not received any responses by the time of this coverage.

Starbucks will be joining other businesses on the block, including a pet shop and Original Al’s Restaurant & Pizzeria, a fitness center, and DT Noodles in the same strip, and Taco Bell, Baskin Robins, and Dunkin across the street.
