Concrete patching work on part of I-75 in Oakland County begins, prompting 10-day closure
(CBS DETROIT) - Michigan Department of Transportation crews will begin a concrete patching project on a portion of I-75 in Oakland County this week, officials said. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's office announced that this project, along with three others, will begin this week as she continues to "fix the damn roads" throughout the state. 10 candidates vie for four open Algonac City Council seats
Algonac voters on Aug. 6 will narrow the field of candidates vying for four open city council seats from 10 to eight. The primary ballot will ask voters to select not more than four candidates, with eight moving on to the general election this fall.
