Early Friday morning, the Associated Press reports, a software update issued by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike affected customers' computers running Microsoft Windows, the most popular operating system worldwide. State police ID victim of fatal tractor trailer/motorcycle crash on Route 17 near Owego
One person is dead and another injured following a tractor trailer collision with a motorcycle Thursday in Tioga County. New York State Police identified the person who died as Karie L.
