Grand jury to get double murder, attempted murder case
The case of a July 10 shooting at a Perry County party that left two dead and one injured will be heard by a Perry County grand jury. Following a preliminary hearing July 23 in Perry District Court, District Judge Cody Goehring ruled that there was enough evidence against Treston Combs, 20, of Hardburly Road, Bulan, and Emmaleigh Collins, 19, of Kenmont Road, Jeff, for their case to be considered for possible indictment by a grand jury.

Kit salon opens in Fort Thomas with commitment to community
Kit salon in Fort Thomas is named after Molly Hardin’s grandmother, and her old styling tools are proudly displayed on the wall inside the shop. Hardin said owning a salon was a dream come true—though a dream she didn’t really know she had as a full-time interior designer and part-time hairstylist.
