RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – Areas around Ruidoso affected by the recent wildfires and flooding will soon get even more federal help. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s Office said President Joe Biden has amended the major disaster declaration which frees up more funds to repair roads and bridges, water control facilities, public buildings and utilities, parks, and recreation centers.
