UNDATED (WJON News) -- Most of the country has seen a reprieve from rising gasoline prices, thanks to weaker-than-expected gasoline demand. Gas Buddy says while a good portion of the country saw average gasoline prices decline, severe weather completely knocked out power to a major refinery outside Chicago early last week, immediately impacting gas supplies to Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.

MINNEAPOLIS — Sunday will bring a chance for isolated storms in the Twin Cities, and the next couple of days look to stay unsettled.Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey counties are under a flash flood warning through 12:45 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Thunderstorms were producing heavy rain in those areas.The afternoon will bring more chances for storms. Nothing severe is expected, but there could be some heavier downpours.
