Man arrested over stolen can of beer at Red Hot Chili Peppers concert
DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — A stolen can of beer led to an arrest Friday night at Darien Lake Amphitheater. A 26-year-old man from Avon, in Livingston County, allegedly stole a can of beer from a concession stand during the Red hot Chili Peppers concert. The man was arrested and charged with petit larceny, the Genesee County Sheriff's office said in a statement on Wednesday afternoon.
Man sentenced for fatal hit-and-run in Webster
Rochester, N.Y. — A man is heading to prison for a hit-and-run crash that killed in a bicyclist in Webster last summer. Police said Ryan LaDuca was driving on Klem Road near Five Mile Line Road Aug. 22 when his eastbound vehicle went off the road and struck eastbound cyclist Pamela Rubenstein before driving away.
