A New Jersey man used Snapchat to send nude photos and videos of himself to an 11-year-old girl in Wisconsin earlier this year, authorities said. Mark E. Uptegrove, 35, is charged with 45 counts of expoing a child to harmful material, according to court records in Rusk County, Wisconsin. Uptegrove, of Hazlet, began sending the explicit images on March 26, court records state. He was charged on Wednesday.
