WIZARD WELLS, Texas — The Jack County Sheriff's Office and Texas Rangers have identified Roberta Mumma as the victim of a 1984 homicide near Wizard Wells. Roberta's skeletal remains were discovered in a remote area of Jack County more than 35 years ago, and her identity has remained a mystery until now.
