CLEVELAND, Ohio — Wine Dive will hold its official grand opening in Lakewood this week, bringing an affordable wine bar and restaurant menu to town. Wine Dive, 16918 Detroit Avenue, took over the space formerly occupied by El Carnicero, which closed earlier this year. It’s the latest project from restauranteur Dan Deagan, who owns and operates Lakewood and Beachwood truck parks, Humble Wine Bar and Dive Bar Cleveland.
