NFL preseason heats up with many moving parts
NFL preseason football camps are underway. The Cleveland Browns will hold just six practices open to the public in Berea this season. It’s a far cry from the days fans would witness the team practice at Kent State University or Hiram College for training camp. There is a good reason for this season and probably next year too. The Browns have bought land, including tearing down houses on Pearl Street back to Depot Avenue, in Berea. They are expanding the CrossCountry Mortgage Campus. The Browns packed up and left for The Greenbrier luxury resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., for the early part of camp.
