The Murfreesboro City Council approved the FY25 Annual Action Plan and Subrecipient Awards Thursday, July 18, 2024. The Annual Action Plan represents local priorities and funding allocation totaling approximately $1.3 million to address community development and housing needs. The Plan is presented to the federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds.

Over 100 Residential Units Planned for Garden District in Clari Park
The new Garden District has been acquired for $7 million by Georgia-based luxury homebuilder, Ashton Woods, according to Nashville Business Journal.
