Coroner: Man dies in hospital following crash in Spartanburg Co.
BOILING SPRINGS, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said a man has died following a crash Sunday night. Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said at 11:40 p.m. the driver was heading east on Rainbow Lake Road when he went off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
Multifaceted New Justice Center Breaks Ground in Western NC
SHELBY, N.C.—On May 21, 2024, the Moseley Architects design team joined the local community and county officials to break ground on the new Cleveland County Justice Center in Shelby. The 343,000-square-foot campus is estimated to be complete in 2026 and will consolidate several county law enforcement, detention, judicial and administrative departments across 8.3 acres.

Over the last ten years, I’ve learned not to say such silly things, having long ago learned that each and every summer in Montreat represents the product of hard work over months of preparation by staff and volunteers here and afar. Thankfully, we have a promising summer ahead, with programs, recreation, arts, and worship – something for everyone. Some predictions:
