Man connected to bald eagle killing located and in custody
STANTON - The second suspect in connection to unlawfully killing a bald eagle in Stanton County last year has been located and is in custody. The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect, 21-year-old Ramiro Hernandez-Tziquin of Guatemala, has been located and is in federal custody after he was located using an assumed identity last month.
