Grainger County veteran to receive service animal from Smoky Mountain Service Dogs
LOUDON, Tenn. (WVLT)—A Grainger County veteran is set to receive a mobility assistance service dog as part of an effort to honor him for his 24 years of service in the Army. Smoky Mountain Service Dogs will “pass the leash” to Army SSGT Scott at 1 p.m. Friday at the Community Church in Loudon.
