I've paid a fine down there twice but did not keep my receipts the first time and two years later when I go to get my license straightened out they said I still owed the courts 900 and some odd Dollars to the court. but I know I paid it already bc I had to get a loan the first time around to pay it off so I would not be making payments. but with no actual proof all I got accomplished was paying the 900 some bucks again to be able and get my license back
