Sushi Kashiba, Fine Dining in Seattle, Washington

Japanese fine dining may be enjoyed at Sushi Kashiba in Seattle, Washington, next to historic Pike Place market. They serve Sushi, Japanese food, and Seafood.

Executive Chef Shiro Kashiba will be hard at work at the Omakase sushi bar. He has received multiple nominations for the James Beard Award.

Sushi dinners are available with fresh cuts of salmon, toro, tuna, yellowtail, and other fish which are beautifully presented. The meal is finished off with Sushi Kashiba's cake-like egg dessert.
