Sacramento-based OneSpeed Pizza has signed a licensing agreement with Rylo Management LLC to bring its iconic offerings to travelers coming in and out of Sacramento International Airport . The OneSpeed Pizza storefront will replace Famous Famiglia in Terminal B and is slated to open around April to August of 2025 according to a timeline shared by ABC10 .

OneSpeed Pizza announced on Facebook : “We’re thrilled to announce that OneSpeed Pizza will be touching down at Sacramento International Airport, Terminal B! We are so excited about this project, and incredibly honored to have been chosen alongside the other truly fantastic local restaurants that will be joining us.”

Rylo Management’s founder and CEO Gina Meyers-Graziano focuses on bringing local brands to a broader market. “We like to grow small local quality businesses with delicious food, that is what we look for when sourcing brands,” Graziano told What Now Sacramento in a text message. Since Rylo is a licensee of OneSpeed Pizza, the management group will own and operate the SMF location, whereas OneSpeed pizza will offer guidance in staff training, menu direction, and product quality control.

Established by Sacramento-based chef Rick Mahan , who also owns The Waterboy Restaurant , OneSpeed Pizza’s menu features innovative pizzas and delicious Italian fare. The brand sources its ingredients from local providers and puts the community at its heart. Currently, OneSpeed Pizza has a brick-and-mortar restaurant at 4818 Folsom Boulevard .

“Chef Rick Mahan has nurtured relationships with local farmers and suppliers. Selecting this concept not only means an expansion for local suppliers but will also provide travelers and airport users with an incredible local dining experience that truly reflects the Sacramento community,” Graziano told What Now Sacramento when asked why she chose to partner with OneSpeed Pizza.

Rylo Management is also opening two Sidewalk Juice locations in the terminals as a franchisee.
