According to materials submitted to the city, a new ghost kitchen concept that will soon house multiple local and chained eateries has announced plans to convert an adjacent property into an indoor-outdoor bar and beer garden. No construction timeframe is available for the beer garden at the moment. This news was first reported by Sacramento Inno .

The Line , a new ghost kitchen concept located at 6415 Elvas Ave . has submitted plans to demolish 645 square feet of the existing 3,575 square-foot auto repair building at 6401 Elvas Ave. The remaining 2,930 square feet will be remodeled into a bar/beer garden facility. The project will also add a new 786 square-foot covered patio space to two existing buildings on the lot. Plans submitted indicateed comfortable seatings around firepits, wooden benches,

The beer garden’s design and construction is spearheaded by Sacramneto-based Hausman Architecture . Both the beer garden and The Line ghost kitchen are owned and developed by Sutter Capital Group , a privately held real estate investment group in Sacramento.

The Sacramento Inno article mentioned the beer garden will serve low-alcohol and nonalcoholic drinks, plus beer and wine “specifically curated to go with food options from tenants at the ghost kitchen” and the space will also function as a food hall.

What Now Sacramento reached out to Ali Managhebi , managing partner at Sutter Capital regarding a detailed construction timeframe and upcoming offerings, but hadn’t heard back by the time this coverage was published.
