Omakase Por Favor to Open Second Location in Midtown

Omakase Por Favor in Lincoln is working on opening its second location in Midtown Sacramento . The upscale raw bar will fill a vacancy inside the MARRS building at 1050 20th St . This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal .

Chef/owner Jeana Marie Pecha announced the upcoming second location on Instagram on July, 8th: “Well, we did it! I can finally announce the big news! We are opening location number two,” adding the new location is anticipated to open in October. The post also mentioned that Omakase Por Favor will also be participating in Saturday markets starting in August.

Omakase Por Favor will occupy the 2,400-square-foot space at Ste 150, which previously belonged to Good News Wine. According to the Business Journal article, the midtown location will have similar offerings compared to the Lincoln restaurant, but with “more of an emphasis on fresh oysters.”

Many are looking forward to the raw bar and cantina’s upcoming presence. “This is going to be the best thing to open in downtown sac, I can’t wait,” one comment on Instagram read. Once open, Omakase Por Favor will bring a fresh dining option to the neighborhood alongside existing eateries in the building, including LowBrau, Holy Spirits, Azul Mexican Food & Tequila Bar, Nekter Juice Bar, Peet’s Coffee, and Kin Thai Street Eatery
