Police found Smith passed out in her car with suspected heroin or fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (EYT) — State police in Franklin are investigating two incidents of criminal mischief that occurred along Route 257 in Cranberry Township, Venango County. According to PSP Franklin, the first incident occurred between June 19 and June 22, 2024, and the second incident occurred sometime on July 20, 2024. Both times, an unknown actor gained access to the victim’s property and cut an underground wire to a fountain pump located on the property.

Bike ‘N Brew Fest attracts nice crowd on great day
