Jessica Biel 's marriage to Justin Timberlake could be in trouble despite putting on a united front , a source claims.
The news comes after Justin was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York in June. The 43-year-old had gone to meet friends at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor, New York Monday night. The singer was then arrested Tuesday, June 18 just after midnight because he missed a stop sign, driving his 2025 BMW and veered over his lane. He refused to take a Breathalyzer test three times but did field sobriety tests which he "performed poorly" on.
Justin's wife was not in the vehicle when the arrest happened but a source revealed that his wife is still "livid" over the situation.

The source told Radar : "Jessica's angry. Justin could've hurt someone or himself. It was a selfish and stupid thing to have let happen." The source added: "She's livid over Justin's careless behavior. She's always been protective that way . She wants to raise her boys in as normal an environment as possible, that's one of the reasons why she wanted to move to Montana."
The Mirror reached out to both Justin and Jessica's reps for comment.
The two share two kids, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3, together and have been married for 12 years. Shortly after the arrest, Jessica was spotted without her wedding ring , leading to speculation her marriage was on the rocks. However, she did join him at one of his concerts, singing along in the crowd.
Jessica looked happy singing along to his songs and looked like she was having a good time. Justin performed the show on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour at Madison Square Garden for two nights, June 25 and 26. On June 22, the singer poked fun at the arrest during his show by pretending he was cuffed during SexyBack.
Justin is due back in court for a hearing next month on July 26 - the date he is supposed to kick off the European leg of his current Forget Tomorrow World Tour. The tour is in support of his sixth studio album Everything I Thought It Was and is set to conclude on December 16, 2024 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
