“It’s hard to describe the feeling when I saw the winning amount.
“I got in the car and yelled, ‘we just won $4 million!’”
He recently visited Lottery headquarters to claim the big prize in-person.
The winner told officials he plans to buy land and invest some money.
He chose to receive his prize as a one-time lump sum payment of about $2.7 million.

And an Oak Park man who remembered to buy his Fantasy 5 tickets at the last minute ended up winning a $170,129 jackpot from the Michigan Lottery.
Russell Morgenstern, 67, matched the Fantasy 5 numbers in the June 3 drawing to win the big prize: 12-20-26-31-34.
"Winning this prize is a windfall and a huge blessing," he said last Thursday.
