Today marks a victory for the students at Centre Square Apartments behind a petition to limit the operating hours of the complex’s courtyard lights. In May, a group of students banded together to create a petition requesting that the floodlights at the complex be turned off earlier each night. POCATELLO — After hours of deliberation that saw a public assembly of nearly 50 local residents, many from the Ammon Park area, the Pocatello City Council on Thursday approved the Park Place Townhomes planned unit development.
