CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Coastal Carolina’s distinctive, “Surf Turf” teal field will feature the logo for the South Carolina State Election Commission this season. The school and the organization that administers elections in the state announced Monday that the group’s logo will be displayed on the field at Brooks Stadium.

Lexington man found with multiple stab wounds inside burned home, coroner says
LEXINGTON, S.C. (WIS) - Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher identified a man whose body was found at a home in Lexington after emergency services responded to a fire. The body was identified on Monday as Caldwell Melton Motley, Jr., 38, of Lexington, who was pronounced dead on the scene from multiple stab wounds.
