Suspects in attack on Olivia man in court Tuesday
(Willmar MN-) The three suspects in the June 28th attack on an Olivia man have court appearances this morning in Meeker County District Court. 20-year-old Aryianna Pillatzki of Pennock, 48-year-old David Pillatzki and 26-year-old Tre Ertl, both of Litchfield, are accused of robbing and beating Galen Serbus south of Litchfield after allegedly telling him they had a camper to sell. Court records say after taking the victim's backpack containing $23,000 in cash, they hit him with a car then beat and stabbed him. Charges against the suspects include attempted homicide, robbery and assault. Unconditional bail for Ertl is 4 million dollars, 2 million for David and Aryianna Pillatzki. The three have a Rule 8/Initial apperance scheduled for 10 a.m..
